I recently had a crisis situation when my existing calling card carrier informed me that due to my recent move, I would have to wait 10-14 business days for a new calling card. Because of an imminent out-of-town trip, I needed a card immediately.

I did some on-line searches, and as a result encountered Colleen. She not only assisted me in my selection of a carrier, she monitored e-mail and phone calls to ensure my needs were met. Finally, after the carrier dropped the ball and after its "published", 800 number Friday night cutoff for the weekend, Colleen provided me an "unpublished" contact who got me the new calling card info in time for my trip.

She went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. She epitomizes the words "customer service".

Got back from Europe recently and just wanted to let you know that Acculinq worked fine. I looked at my statement on the web, and was pleased to see how inexpensive the calls were, especially the free ones during Acculinq's testing period! I will be travelling throughout the US over the next few weeks, so that will be my first domestic test of the service.
